WARWICK, R.I. (October 1, 2016) – Claflin Medical Equipment, Hospital Associates and RSI have merged and rebranded as CME, a nationwide source of medical equipment, turnkey logistics, delivery and support services for the healthcare community. The new branding as CME is effective Oct. 1, 2016.
Clients of all three previous companies will benefit from CME’s extensive national reach – three branches and 32 service centers coast to coast throughout the United States. The unified company now provides more than 1 million medical products from more than 1,400 manufacturers and manages warehousing, assembly, direct-to-site delivery and installation of those products for healthcare facilities.
CME alleviates the stress that comes with managing all the moving parts of a major medical equipment order – including shipping schedules, warehouse rentals, tracking and staging work, set-up and bio-medical equipment services – and can reduce costs through CME’s expanded product line and enhanced buying power.
